Blimey... :o ...!

I am daily following the Wildfires (and drought) on the South West coast, Oregon and California, on the Kron 4 and LA news, but I didn't realise that the wildfires were also occurring high up in Washington State, (KOMK) close to the Canadian Border!

Paul.....Respect to Fire-fighters!... :D ...!

Ta for the K5 News, Chuck....Bookmarked it in my "News" Folder to keep a track on it!

I always imagine Washington State to be either drenched in rain, or buried under snow (high latitude), for most of the year!

I am surprised that it is so dry as to create Wildfires, like the present South-Western States!

It looks really bad...with loss of life!

Paul.

30 homes lost in the Rock Creek area of BC, right close to the Border. Provincial Camp-site at Kettle River evacuated, Trailers and vans lost to fire. Campers were safely evacuated. All due to a careless smoker. <<t
