A smashing day at Old Warden yesterday. The show was a sell-out & the place was bursting at the seams. Here's some of the visiting classics.

The mighty Vulcan opened the show. I never expected to see the "Tin Triangle" displayed here. Probably my last chance of seeing it in the air.

The recently restored Blenheim in its 3rd incarnation. First time I've seen it.

What a wonderful day out. A few short sharp showers didn't spoil the enjoyment but unfortunately the wind was too strong for the WWI types to fly.

Awesome... Nice to see the Seafire back too, as it had disappeared off the radar following its little incident in France.

You are so lucky Hagar to be able to see these
aircraft live.Being stuck down here there is nothing.
Envious.

Anthin.

Amazing shots, Doug!

Whenever I look at a Spitfire, it reminds me of one my soldier Uncle carved for me out of a solid piece of wood, in the 1940's....

...its that wing; "shape".... :D ...!

Paul.... ...!
