Well, your's truly put the shades on these lil guys in true life, nah..........photoshop much easier.............and actually they are not chicks..........

You are very close.............Canadian Honkers............goslings.......in NorCal they make this area their home, lots of water.......

Seeing those little ducklings/gosling suddenly reminded of the loss of a variety of animals and birds eg; horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens ducks, geese, etc, etc, which used to be a common sight in the English countryside fields, farms, and smallholdings a few decades ago.
Most of the small farms are now derelict, and smallholdings now no longer bother, and the fields are empty, often overwhelmed by housing and industrial estates!

All of my wonderful childhood memories of real country farmyard activity, are now just a distant memory from my past....

...a great loss...for all of us...
