Our favourite Holiday apartments on Crete used to do independent bookings but a couple of years ago they because exclusively a Thomson booking. This usually means loads of children on the flight, I would rather not use them but anyway we gritted our teeth in preparation for the howling.....This time however, it wasn't too bad.

One thing I was pleased with was the clean windows, the cleanest I've seen. The views were fantastic. Took this shot on a crappy smart phone, over France on the way home:
