1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Lovely shot, Matt...

..with the Sun behind them..
I often wonder if pilots have a similar problem to me, on my Motorbike, when flying/driving directly into the Sun, and blinded by the light!

Even with my helmet's tinted, drop-down visor, I still seem to spend a lot of time shielding my eyes from the glare with my hands!

Paul... ;)...!

Not sure about that, but I can say that the sun and landing direction managed to bugger up around a hundred shots >:(
Trying to combine lates shift and sun position with R24 makes it almost impossible to gat a decent shot :(

Gorgeous photo! ..Wish I could do that!

There is truly no secret. I have an all singing, all dancing Nikon D7000, but that was just a point and shoot on full auto. The shot was centered between the sun and aircraft. I knew that it would come out orange as it was sunset, just a question of how much of a silhouette the aircraft would be.
