Come to think of it, for some reason it kind of reminds me of Ghostbusters and the rays that their guns make... Someone must have crossed the streams!

Now that is what you call a once in a lifetime shot 

I can only imagine:
"Ah let's take a nice picture of the Eiffel tower with some cloudy weather..." *Presses the trigger and a second or two later: ZZAAAPPP* *Sees the picture* "HOLY MACARONY AND CHEESE!!"
