My new car, picked it up today. It's a 2011 Kia Forte Koup SX, fully loaded (Nav, wireless key, sunroof, leather, etc). I love it so far!

The blue accord in the background is the car it's replacing

I test drove a black 4 door, sharp car! I decided to go with the Nissan Pathfinder LE instead, also loaded to the hilt. (even has a heated steering wheel in case you take it to the arctic)

Collected BMW number six last month and my 5th in a row 5 Series Tourer, a 3 litre diesel, it flies 8-) Going to and from work 45 to the gallon (38 to the US gallon). Pretty sure that will drop when I got for a low level flight down the Autobahn though

I've been averaging around 26 mixed driving, 29 on a 3 hour highway ride. No complaints here

Got it washed and posed for another picture, I just love this car. It feels like it should have cost so much more, I feel like I'm in an Audi or something when I drive it.

Here's an interior shot

Just be thankful you are where you are. If that car was in the UK, you would not be able to afford the insurance. A spoiler on the back is worth $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to the policy cost, then add on to that the racing pedal covers and alloy wheels. It would be seen as a nice boy racer car. You would be looking at thousands maybe in the tens to get insurance at your tender age

GEICO told me that because of those two things, I was at their highest bracket or something and got a super low rate (around $110 a month)
$110 a month? That's robbery. I pay something like $250 every six months on two vehincles. Liability only. O' course, one of my rides is a rusted-out 1986 Ford F-250 and the other is a 1990 Subaru Loyale. I suppose new cars are nice, but I have no need for anything fast or flashy. Did all that in my youth...

How old are you? That makes a huge difference. And because I have a loan for the car, I have to have a low deductible, which raises the rate.
