the bandwith limit on these forums really did kill the quality of the 3rd shot

Don't blame the rules. You've over-compressed it. The file size of that image is 72.71 Kb. The forum limit is 155 Kb per image.
You should also upload all images to the site server.

hmm thats wierd they were all originally 147-155 kb and yea now im going to ulpoad em to the server im gonna re post these images

That's more like it. I suspect Photobucket resized your images.
