Great shot mic.
Now for the question, the jet nozzles.....thrust vectoring :-? :-? or just naked.

That looks to be an F-15E ....no thrust vectoring AFAIK....

Seems like an E and it's a Lakenheath resident. The F-15 nozzles truly are small and naked indeed! What I'm more curious about is the payload. Seems like a whole lot of AA for a ground attack aircraft?
Great shot mic!

It doesn't look like it's carrying anything more than an AIM-9 and an AMRAAM. Standard fare. Besides, a -E is still a pretty good fighter.

That is a F-15E Strike Eagle, versatile in both air to air and air to ground and the armament...well, just there for the weight feeling. See those blue stripes all along the body of the missiles? That means they are inert and not usable....mainly for the safety of everyone else cause AF pilots can get a little crazy sometimes. ;D
