General consensus seems correct here......add my vote for the amazing Fozz......BTW, has he been around lately ?Last post by him was more than 10 days ago.....has the approach of winter been keeping him inside and not out throwing snowballs with the rest of us ?

That old fella was actually a janitor, not a pilot, from Tyndall AFB back in the 60's.

Seen a lot of variations of this picture with many different captions like:
"Sleep well as your airforce is awake"...

We used to have a similar picture with RCAF painted on the top of the flying helmet at one of the bugsmasher fields but have not seen it in a few years.

Doug - good that you used side lighting for that mirror shot.  A flash would have ruined it  .

Thanks Dave...searched everywhere but back at the old homestead for a print of that shot the old girl said we had.

She puts things away so I can't find them...
