Too bad about the light- this R44 looks very sharp in royal blue.
We were launching from 07 Saturday...this Cherokee was one of several arrivals.
Hitched a ride in the tow plane for a post-maintenance test hop, and we joined up with Norm Schenck in his very cool modified J-3. We're right over Manville here, with the quarry in the background.
