Our airport hosted the American Barnstormers Tour 2010 June 17-19th.  Here are a few photos I took from the event.  They have a website www.americanbarnstormerstour.com , and are still on tour in SD, ND, and MN.

The best part of the whole show, I got to go on the last flight of the green aircraft in the first picture.  Nothing compares to a sunset flight in an open cockpit biplane with a big ole radial.

He used to own the local bowling alley and I taught his son Charlie guitar lessons for a while back in '93. Small world. The bowling alley was located at the airport across the street from the Southern Airways office where my Dad used to work before they moved to KPIB. Thanks for sharing.

Some beautiful vintage types there. I must confess that I don't recognise most of them.
