We are restoring our Grumman AF-2S Guardian, so I thought I would post a few shots. Pictures don't really do justice to how big it is, and there is no where in the hanger were I can zoom out far enough to show the whole plane.

What the carburetor on a P&W R2800 looks like.

And as a bonus, the next thing on our list, a 1938 Ryan SC-W.

Loves the Pics, and the photo of the Carb!

Of all the different types of Piston engines out there, there is nothing to beat the raw beauty of a big Radial motor...(or even a small Radial motor!).

Fantastic in their complication....Works of art!

Paul.... :)....!

Great project to be involved with 8-)

Matt

PS the Guardian certainly hit a few branched of the ugly tree on the way down, though that cockpit is big enough to hold a small party in ;D

Hey, Specter117, where is that place? Anywhere around Daytona?

Also, have you ever heard of Timeless Wings and Wheels, in NSB?

No this is at my house in Ocala. I don't know of that place. Is it a museum?
