Joint Service Open House 2010

Postby RaptorF22 » Mon May 24, 2010 3:15 pm

I finally got around uploading these photos.
I had a great time the past week, the JSOH, the Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center, and camping. All with my best friend.

Here are a few of my favorites from the airshow, I haven't uploaded all 570+ pics.

Magnificent shots. ;) Love the shots of the Raptor, truly stunning. :)
What camera do you use by the way?

Thanks, I use a Cannon PowerShot A560.
It's a nice camera, 4X optical zoom 16X digital zoom 7.1 megapixels.
The Raptor was awesome, and quite loud.
I'll post some more soon. :)

these shots look a lot like the ones I took with my Cannon Powershot A630 back at my 2008 Air Expo.

Cool, I always have loved the heritage flights, and they did two this year!
I wish I could adjust the focus manually on my camera, but I don't think I can. :-/

around the Shutter Button, you should have a ring.  On that ring, you should have things like: C, M, AV, TV, P, AUTO, "portrait", "landscape", "nighttime", SCN, panorama, video

C = CUSTOM
M = MANUAL
AV= APERATURE PRIORITY
TV = SHUTTER SPEED PRIORITY
Program = (about the same as custom or manual)
AUTO = (self explanitory - camera does everything itself)
