CSI (Las Vegas) is actually filmed in Santa Clarita, near Burbank Studios, Los Angeles..... ... ...!

The opening titles are just Helicopter shots of 'Vegas!

I think its funny that when you were taking those pictures I may have actually been on the Strip.  If you look very closely at the Luxor (the pyramid), maybe you can see me waving!   ;D

When I look at all those houses in the photos, I wonder what all those Folks do for a living.
They cant all work in the "Strip", and there's not a lot of anything else in the depths of the Nevada desert, apart from Sand, Rattle Snakes, and Tumbleweeds!

Well, just a short list of occupations my friends that live in Vegas have, architect, animal vet, store manager, and office furniture delivery.   ;D

I was there last week!  Look towards Monte Carlo and you might see me!!!

My nephew lives in one of those houses, he works for Brinks and picks up cash at several casinos.

Very cool set, especially Red Rocks... I wish I'd had time to venture outside the city the one time I was there.
