Las Vegas 3 "The Redrocks 2"

Postby Fly2e » Wed May 12, 2010 11:28 am

The Redrock Mountains are just West of where my brother lives, about a 20 minute drive. We spent the 1st day there exploring these awesome mountains that are red due to the iron that was in the water when these mountains were under water.

I'm trying to pick up the site on Google Maps.

In the 2'nd Photo, are you standing to the North/South/East/West of Las Vegas Strip, behind you?

I know Ken! My brother did manage to bring me to a great plane spotting area at McCarran. Got some shoots there at least.

Hello Paul. I am standing to the West of Las Vegas. If you look at me in the pic, you are looking East . Here is a link to Google map.
