First solo of the season

Postby beaky » Fri Apr 16, 2010 7:30 am

I had a day off from work yesterday, and JP and I were going to do some non-critical work on the 2-33's tailwheel. But it was a beautiful day for flying, and Mike and Andy were prepping the 1-26 for a flight, so we decided to wait for a rainy day to do that, and go flying instead.

We have some guys planning to start glider ops here this summer, and I am hoping to learn how to fly one of those engineless planes.  I think the plan is to outfit one of the guy's L-19 for tow duty.

Oh my... ::)

Don't you just feel guilty about not getting that non-critical work done now?

Goodly morning Sean and all.... :)

Thanks Sean, do not think we will be going too far this year with the move and what not.

I overheard the old girl tell one of her babbling sisters in Boston, Massachusetts she would not be down this year because of the move.
