Looks military, or at least former military, with the alert pads near the end of the runway.  Probably not American either, as the runway markings are a little different than we use.

Mic's right, it was my local airbase and I supported the Nimrod Comms training group many years ago, used to service the kit there.

Now Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport but I think it should have stayed as Finningley, it's shorter to type.
