Harrier alley, low flying in Wales

Postby 61_OTU » Fri Feb 05, 2010 6:53 pm

I lucked out today, finally got a Harrier at low level after 2.5 years of trying...then another...and another...and another...and another!

Five Harriers, one pass each, plus 6 Hawk passes, and an MC130 going the wrong way off in the distance made for an interesting day.

There was also a US exchange pilot in a Typhoon who was on a magical mystery tour of the Welsh hills....he kind of wandered about a bit but came nowhere near us  :P I'm sure he'll get the idea eventually  ::)

Still, here you go, the good stuff. Not all brilliant, in fact all of them could be improved, but I had a great time getting them  :D
