Just got back from a short trip up to PANC, visiting my son and an old and dear friend who's on his vector to final.

Very cool stuff. Quite the impressive landscape to fly around in. :) Sorry to hear about your friend (if that means what I think it means).

That first shot is incredible, there is not one ripple on the water. Thanks for taking us along, Mark

You're a true bush pilot. The smile on your face is enough evidence!  ;) Nice.

Beautiful flying country up there.  That's very high on the list of places to visit.  Thanks for giving us a peek. :)

Goodly Morning... :)

Sorry to hear about your friend's condition.  Keep the memories.   ;)

Your pictures are wonderful and if I were you, I would
take the last shot and frame it for your family and friends.  It is a keeper.   :)

I am probably the worst person one could meet for pictures, I do not own a camera and I hate my own picture being taken.  That is probably the only vice I have which annoys the old girl.   ;D

Been awhile since I flew in Alaska and I am almost scared to ask what a good steak dinner in a fine restaurant would cost.   :)

Do they still have signs on some of the roads that say "Aircraft Have Right Of Way".   ;D

Thanks for posting your pics.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
