this past week we just got back from a 2,400 mile road trip in 3 days from northern IL...up through WI...across MN and into Southern SD.

crossing the mississippi river and getting ready to climb the bluffs in MN

a very friendly Lama at the my wife's second cousin's farm


MN has a bright moon(taken through my telescope)


following the leader


a log cabin that my wife's uncle lived in when he was little(located in White,SD)


the king of the farm strutting his stuff


the sign says it all...on our way back to IL in MN

Just after La Crosse, right?  I've been over that bridge too many times to count.  The view to the north there up the Mississippi is one of my favorites. 8-)
