We take over!!!  Some shots from last year when we did an amphibious landing on Hawaii (the Big Island)

We hit the beach near Kona and crawled our way up the side of Mauna Kea into the Pohakaloa Training Area (PTA) owned by the Army...and then commenced with a month of firearms and artillery training...wooohoooo!!!!

Looks like the marines are at it again. You always know how to have a good time doing amphibious operations.

Heh, yeah would be nice if we invaded Waikiki Beach or something instead, a little more eye candy  ;D  I didn't get any pictures of the boats because I was in the back of the AAV...no windows back there  ;D
