Went down to Charleston for the day, not really a city in the sense of skyscrapers like New York. More old houses, and great restaurants then anything else...
The open-air market you can buy just about anything here. It is 2 blocks long, and full of the fanny-packing, ugly shorts tourist...

The good news is walk a down a side street and the tourist are gone...





One thing is everyone is really friendly, since I formally lived 'up north' it is rather uncomfortable... :-/
