Cellphone aloft in the "Silver Bullet"
No gliding today, as the Citabria is down for repair on its spinner, but I went out to the airport anyway to help JP and Kerry install the ballast holder in the 1-26 so "Grasshopper" can fly it once he solos (min. pilot weight is 146 lbs). Then the kid and I towed it back to its spot and squared it away.
My reward was a hop in the L-3, but I didn't take any pictures on that flight (which is too bad, as JP made a landing at Doyle's Farm nearby, a very interesting little strip there).
But before the day was through, Gus decided he'd take the RV-4 up for a hop, and I was standing there, so...
While he was looking for some place he remembered, I eventually figured out how to increase the resolution on the phone camera, so the last few are pretty good.
