'round 47N February 8th
Took the ride down to Manville yesterday to hang out at 47N and meet up with Sean later in the day. High crosswinds were pretty rough, which resulted in less traffic than desired. Still, an okay day.
Let's start things off with yet another Warrior pilot that almost decapitates me.

This Rutan Long-EZ didn't fly, unfortunately.

This Ecureuil made an unexpected, yet welcome presence for a few minutes, then shot straight up to about 1,500 feet and departed to the south.

The pilot of this Centurion sure put a lot of faith in his nosewheel, bouncing three times after setting it down hard on the nose.

Finally, this S-76 surprised Sean and I as he appeared unexpectedly on a low base-final to 25.

That's all. Hope you enjoyed.
