My atomic clock was 10 seconds ahead of what the TV said so I just went by the tv one!

I was so confused!

Atomic clock was likely right, there is a time delay on live broadcasts.
Usually 7 to 10 seconds and I believe live radio is at least 2 seconds.
I once heard it was delayed for censorship reasons, but not sure if that one is a fact.

Radio shows are on a censorship delay for shows like Howard Stern and Bob & Tom, also some television stations will have a delay for certain live shows.
I was watching the New Year come in at Auckland, NZ, and by my clock they were about 20 seconds late with the fierworks.

i have a atomic clock too, in my room and its 20 seconds faster than my phone, but its right

The atomic clock is correct. They are crazy accurate.

I took the 70kb version, cropped it a little, and compressed it with Photoshop, and it's now 29 kb, within image guidlines, and still looks ok

Here's your 59Kb version, cropped and compressed down to 29kb as well.

What image editor are you using?
