I have no idea... but I see that despite these being uploaded to the site, they show "size not available" in Properties, and when I saved one to my desktop, it showed up at over 1 MB! :o
Also, they are uploaded with the "jpg" suffix, but appear to actually be bitmaps... another no-no (bmp files are usually too big).
Please make sure images uploaded to the site are under 150KB, with a 600KB limit per thread...

I have no idea who the pretty lady is. In Bob's defence the images look fine to me. It's not possible to upload images that exceed the 150 Kb limit.

Still don't know who the lady is. I'm guessing the aircraft is a Fokker Universal of Standard Airlines.
