Thanks, Doug... good job with the non-flash photos, there, considering how cave-like those hangars are!  ;D

Excellent! Thanks Doug. Are any of those airworthy or are they all static displays (The aircraft, not the automobiles ;) ;D).

The ones seen in the small hangars are semi-airworthy, although they used to fly quite a bit until fairly recently. I think the Avro at least gets taxiied these days; likewise the Caudron and Bleriot.

I'm pretty sure the currently static ones all flew there at one time or another.

Doug , thanks for posting all these pictures for us, I just got done reading in Pilot forum how much trouble you were having, thanks for not giving up, also thanks to these great guys for talking you through it. Now you will have to take more pictures, and post them so you don't forget how. Also Rhinebeck looks like it is going on my to-do list. Thanks Again, Mark

Good morning all... :)

Yes many of these Aeroplanes do fly and there is an Airshow on Saturday and Sunday.

They offer:
Biplane Rides in the "New Standard D25" for $65.00 American...(nice aeroplane...spent a good hour + in it....)
Antique Automobile Rides during weekend shows.
Gift Shop...old girl spent my money...conveniently left her purse in the
hotel safe...she does that often, I am starting to think she
               plans it that way

Phone 845-752-3200
