Another brilliant weekend. Can't believe this weather. I spent Sunday at Popham & Old Sarum.
Late in the afternoon vintage restorer Ron Souch dropped in at Popham in this exquisite DH Puss Moth.

Open the door & have a look inside says he.

You can always rely on Ron for something special. A true gentleman in his aerial carriage. ;)

Fantastic shots, Doug...

Looking at your lovely Golden Autumn Trees in the background, its obvious that your are much closer to the warm Mediterranean then I am...

...still cool, green, and wet up here.. ::)...!

F.... ;)...!

The leaves have just started turning down here Paul. We won't see the best of it for a couple of weeks yet.

Not sure about the Puss Moth Matt. The Leopard Moth is very similar. Frank Elton did one for FS9. http://www.simviation.com/fs2000props29.htm

PS. Belay that. It appears to be an early FS2002 model.

Wonderful shots Doug...beautiful, that interior shot is great.   :)

Thanks for posting them.

Oh and the leaves here don't really get into full bloom until a little later in October, where we are everything is still green.   ;)

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Thanks. Think I'm overdoing the blur. I messed up a lot of good chances yesterday. Now I've proved I can do it I might just go back to my tried & trusted methods. :P ;)

Not many aircraft are worthy of "splendiferous", but that one qualifies...  ;D

Not many of those still flying, I'd imagine.

Good job, sir!  8-)
