Duxford Flyers

Hello all!

Last summer holiday I visited Duxford museum... on probably the most quiet saturday of the year in terms of flying.. unlucky me :(

One should refrain from describing the Lanc as a "beast". ;)

The most emotive aircraft ever built in the UK IMO. Even more so than the more popularist Spitfire.

My eyes are watering...wonderful...just wish there was a Halifax, Stirling and Wellington to join that Lanc!    :)
