Just a bit of fun. Here's a few photos I took last weekend. Some are rarer than others. What are they?

Formation take-off. A second earlier on the shutter & this would have been a classic.

Six is a Tiger. I think. Unless it's some silly British knockoff. :P

Number 2 is a Volvo XC-90, and the plane isn't a moose ;). 3 is Staggerwing.

1.
2. Sukhoi of some sort....
3. Staggerwing
4.Sabir
5.
6.Grumman Tiger
7.Nieuport 17 and Fokker triplane

1 looks really familiar but I can't put my finger on it. (Aeronca....looks too square for a cessna or a luscombe))

Nice pics though  8-)

Don't ask me.. but the prop in No. 2 is captured to perfection! Maybe not for the purists but I love it.

Excellent stuff Doug!  8-)

Exactly what are you implying Sir? Good try but not what I'm after.

Mic has 3 correct. I'll forgive the spelling mistake. :P
C's cryptic answer should give you a clue. ;)

Right. Final guess then. I'll go with an AA-1 instead of the AA-5? I'm not sure if the AA-1 series have a moniker to them.

Getting warmer. One more clue. The Tiger is the AA-5B.

You get full marks for trying. ;)

It's registered as an AA-5 Traveler. I had to look it up too. :P http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grumman_American_AA-5

Close enough. :) I see the Tiger's only main difference to the Traveler is the engine output and a decal? Interesting.
