Tri-Motor copilot (wannabe)!!

Postby beaky » Sat Sep 13, 2008 5:37 pm

Got a break with the NJ weather today, and took my $100 ride in the right seat of the ol' 4-AT-E... it was awesome.

Nice snaps, Sean. Most of my shots turned out like sh*t due to my ISO being set to 1600. Hurrah! I'll see what I can salvage, though.

Nice seeing you again. ;)

Sean, I gotta tell ya, you are living the dream.  Seems every week you are posting stuff that makes me green with envy.  Hanging out at a cool airport and tearing the skies up in a glider, flying legendary classics like the T-motor, eating fresh lobster for free...what am I doing wrong?!?  LOL   let me in on your secret, if I have to leave the wife I will  ;D  (just being funny folks, I really do love my wife)

Wonderful Sean...very nice... ;)

Do you remember what the MP and RPM settings were and where did you run the Carb Heat at?
Don't worry about it if you can't remember...just curious.

We just got back from Cole Palen"s "Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome.  Excellent trip and a break away from packing and what not.   :)

Enjoy reading your adventures so keep posting.   :)
