300lb Blue Marlin

So my buddy (my old boss from Hawaii) sends me a text message saying he and a friend chartered a fishing boat off of Oahu and his friend hauled in a 300lb Marlin...I call shennanigans unless he shows some proof, well, he sent me this pic from his cell phone, WOW.  The guy in the pic is my best friend, he stands 5'1" to give you an idea how big the fish is!!!  Hour and a Half to reel it in.  I sure do miss Hawaii.

Marlin fishing, that's something to do before you die...and if you get a catch like that, then you're not doing too badly! (Marlins are big, but that one is a monster! )

Hour and a half to reel it in.  They chartered the boat as a last hurrah before they head to Afghan for a year, and they got their money's worth haha
