Me in the cockpit of a 737! Also a quick request!
Posted: Mon Aug 11, 2008 2:36 pmWell, it probably isn't my best picture of me, due to the fact that I can't wear contacts while I'm on a plane :S.
However, when we got on the plane to San Diego, I asked the pilots if I could get a picture of the cockpit, and to my surprise, I was asked if I wanted to actually sit down in the cockpit! Of course, I did, and one of the pilots (Dean I believe) took a few photos of me, 2 good, 1 of me looking kind of wasted ;D. It was a 733, and I couldn't believe how many gauges and controls were on there! Amazing I must say.
Also, before you see the picture, if you're going to be in San Diego on Wednesday, PM me to see if you could go to Montgomery field and get some shots of me flying for my first time

Next: KAUS planes that I saw, along with some SAN planes that almost broke my eardrums.
By the way guys, I know my glasses look horrible, and I'm getting more used to contacts, so you won't be able to laugh at my face much longer :P.
