Not sure which one you are talking about, but the orange and white Navy aircraft is a T-45 Goshawk, and the other appears to be a Sea Fury.

Don't think so. This particular T-38 is operated by the 9th RW alongside the U-2. I think all their aircraft are painted black.
Not sure how effective the black paint is on RAF trainers. It's an awful colour to photograph.
