OK, my vote would be District of Columbia, no wait, New Jersey...wait no, Connecticut...no no no, Rhode Island is my absolute favorite here, arrrrgggghhhh.  OK!!!   It's a toss up between Jersey, DC, and Rhode Island.  I'm going to a different thread, this one is frustrating.
