On the programme, and a display I was thoroughly looking forward to, was a B-52 Stratofortress set to appear and do a few passes. However, the pilot of the B-52 decided against performing due to the weather (when this unexpected visitor appeared we were unaware of this).

The show was briefly put on hold, as this appeared from Afghanistan, loaded up with a Seaking due for maintenance...

(Quite a blurry picture, and the speakers are in the way here...however, the speakers did blow over in the wind later on in the show ;D)

Thundering down the RWY as she departed later in the show...

Bound for Brize Norton, the C-17 climbs out...shortly after this photo, the aircraft pulled up with a climb angle which I'd expect an English Electric Lightning to do, not a C-17 :D

Next up, Display Teams :)

When light on fuel and empty, big jets can be surprisingly nimble! :)
