My new Canon 70-300 IS USM.  Supposed to arrive Monday, on account of me paying 30bucks for 1 day shipping.

Thanks to the fast repairservice of Sigma ( 24-70 more than 6 weeks out by now), I'm awaiting a new lens too. An EF 50mm f1.8 prime. To be used next to my 70-200 at a gig tonight. Cheap as hell, but it brings great results, from what I've heared.

I think a 50mm prime is my next purchase.

I was actually looking at a 70-200 L, for the same price, but it was an F4 and no IS.  When will Canon build an L series equivalent 70-300.  Preferably a F2.8?
