Im in air cadets so this was my first chance flying i can't remember what type of plane it is if someone can tell me =)

Quite right too. You're supposed to be enjoying the flight, not taking photos.

As for our young friend jollycheese: your assignment before your next lesson is to remember the make and model of that excellent airplane.
And for extra credit: identify the other excellent kitplane shown taxiing in front of you...

yup probaly best to brush up on my Plane recognition;D

Easiest thing when you are not sure is to simply Google the registration number.

I thought that was a bit of a funny looking tutor/vigilant/viking for cadets to be flying  ;D

Flying with cadets is great fun, especially in the tutor... On your second flight you will probably have a lot more on the controls (from about a minute after takeoff down to around the finals I had control on my second go).

Hope you keep up with the cadets/flying... it is good fun.


Now I await Kinloss and potentially flying in the Chinook  ;)
