Well, we haven't moved in yet.. but went to finalise today. The 1 bed flat was getting a bit tight with 2 kids and all that

congrats mate. It'll be a nightmare chore but once finished you've got the makings of one hell of a garden.

Good luck on the garden... Reminds me of mine way back when I bought my house. Luckely you are able to see the end of the garden. a privalige I had to work for for almost 1 year... ;)

That's what I aspire to Kris, nice job my friend!
I've already got ideas for the garden, I had a look on Microsoft virtual earth and the garden looks quite tidy so there's hope yet, maybe it's just long grass and not weeds.
Mic, it's just under a mile from my current place, same area of South London 8-)

Hey Rob, welcome to the lawn brigade ;D
Mine takes a good hour and half to go over most of it, once you've strimmed that you should be able to keep it down in 40 mins or so ;)
Really exciting stuff mate, hope the legal stuff gets sorted with no problems, Charlie seems to really like the place
