Same old...........
Rapidly becoming my favorite ride, the journey to the top of Mt Washington is a fast, twisty and ear-popping ride which demands attention. It's not that there are hazards on the road, but more like distractions of scenery.........the views are spectacular, with rugged snow-caps in the distance and more closely, the one you are rising towards. That and the fact that the bears are coming out of hibernation, one needs to look for movement along the sides of the blacktop. As luck would have it today, just as soon as we arrived at the main lodge, Bills phone started to ring. Not that it's a problem in itself but the damn thing was buried in his back-pack......Oh well ! call back .........
