Bloemencorso is a parade of flowers stuck on cars and praalwagens(dont know the translation). I took these photo's while at work, we close during the parade because people couldnt reach the store anyway. This attracts a lot of germans, english and japanese/chinese people. In the weeks before and after you can already seem them around the fields, unfortunately they dont really care about there own safety, crossing 80KM roads without looking, suddenly stopping there cars to take photo's etc. So everybody is kinda onguard when this time of the year arrives :).

funny thing is, that this is actualy the wastes of the flowerbulb production people are looking at ;D

Sure is nice, although i have seen it one to many times, i didnt went the last few years before i got my current job, it just gets boring to watch after a while. As for the flowers, i live in the center of the flower industry, the fields around my village are filled with flowers in this time of the year.
