In a really small scale! 1:200 modified Revell kitt, the Smit Houston. First this ship was bought by greenpeace and went on know as the solo, this is where it received its helideck. Now it sails under the dutch coastgaurd, know as the Waker(gaurdian). The helipad hasnt been used ever since.

Hehe, actualy, my friend that made this ship is working on a submarine, i believe its the zwaardvis. Its massive, something on 1:35 scale, although he isnt going to make torpedo's in it. Right now he is working on the normal Smit Houston in 1:200, and im making a trawler, the Bodasteinur. I just spraypainted the bottom line of the hull.

Yeah, the detail is amazing, and the paintwork on it is really great, adds a lot to the whole thing.

Its very relaxing to do actualy, unlike flying RC models, wich require your constant attention. And offcourse, nothing beats stalking the ducks on the other side of the pond ;D

Iv seen some Vid on Utube of a R/C sub using Torpedoes worked very well considering thay where just made of that white poli packaging stuff (that for the best of trying i carnt spell  >:( ) and a Co2 cartage from a paint ball gun. the hole thing was a bit too buoyant but gave a very good effect then it cam from under water and zoomed across the pond  :D
