Postby Roughrider » Sat Sep 29, 2007 1:58 pm

A local county airport was advertising they were having a small airshow with a B-25, so I went to get a couple of pictures, I hope you guys like them. Enjoy, Mark

What an amazing bird.

And, BOY do those engines sure cool you down on a hot Florida day ;D

OK, I always thought the J models had a solid nose...but now that I read into it a little it seems I was mistaken.  Apparently they reverted to the transparent nose for the J model but many were converted to solid noses.

The B-25 is one serious beast of a bomber... the best looking one imho...

Your shots do this beauty all the justice it needs... amazing aluminium-finish!

Thanks for all the nice comments, I was fighting with the sun for these shots, it was morning and we were on the west side of the airport. You could buy a ride, but we didn't do it, maybe I should have!  Thanks, Mark
