Lone Star Flight Museum, Texas. Part 1

Postby Saitek » Mon Sep 10, 2007 2:47 pm

Just back from my holiday in Texas. I went to the flight museum there and they had a few planes. I just wanted to know if they had been posted by someone else, before I spend an hour making them all smaller and uploading them. :) You guys can have the joy of naming them all as my sister and our friends didn't like looking at aircraft and I just had enough time to snap each plane before grabbing a t-shirt and heading home. :(

EDIT:

This is the website if anyone is interested. http://www.lsfm.org/

This was the only one actually outside. The rest are in indoors.

Oh yes a really nice museum. Much more in there than I expected. Very well worth the $5. She only charged us each as students, despite it being for students up to 17.

I forgot to mention...the Sino.  Didn't know it was a museum piece, or maybe Ed Swearingen was visiting.  Did you go to the Hall of Fame?  He was inducted this April and he is the designer of that jet....VERY cool looking in the air!
