Yup!  Our wee ones have officially started their first day of school!  A traumatic day for all concerned...  ;)  They were so excited this morning that they could hardly contain themselves.  After all, they're in Kindergarten now!  They're the BIG kids...



The misty part came when Olivia turned to me and asked "So, can I call you Dad now?" as opposed to Daddy...  Bawled like a baby, I did...

"Sunrise, sunset..."  ;)  

Hard to imagine that some day when they both leave to strike out on their own you and the missus will probably high-five each other and crack open the champagne!

I still remember how excited I was on my very first day of school.... wish I was going to kindergarten today instead of work!

Boy, do I remember my Daughter's first day of Kindergarten!! " sniff- sniff "

Now she is going into eigth grade and will be one of the rulers of the school!!
Big eigth grader and they run the school!!
But, the way I see it is next year she goes into High School!!  Gulp!!!   Starting at the bottom again!!

Just think of all the plays, concerts, sports events and I'm sure award functions you'll be going to and how proud you will be of them both!!

They both look great and I love the Spidey lunch box!!

Wow, they start early.  Our schools don't start until Sept. 6th!!

I remember my first day.... still regretting it HAHA it's unfair schools in australia we have to wear uniforms not casual clothes! CRAP!
