Little gems all over the place... Finally the Beech 18 didn't escape me! At both previous events, I messed every shot up or circumstances weren't good!

And still beeing a bit of a virgin when it comes to airevents, every model is a first sighting for me!

Very nice Omag.
I have flown in a Beech 19 and for about 15 minutes had the controls. A very, very nice aircraft.

Lucky chap! Did you have any flying experience? Or could you "fly" the plane just on FS-knowledge... meaning: straight forward and level? I always wonder that, if I hear that people held the controls of a plane...

My glider license translated very nicely. For a short time I worked at Duxford as a volunteer. That was one of the aircraft that belonged to John Romane' Aircraft restoration Company. I got to play with some very nice stuff (and fly in the Blenheim). Time flies, that was about 15 years ago now. :'(
