I would say "182" right off the bat, because although it's hard to tell the difference between it and the 172 sometimes, a good look at the more arched upper cowl and the vents on either side of the lower cowl give it away. And the proportion of spinner to "nostrils" is different... I'm pretty sure all 182s have a slightly wider spinner because it hides a constant-speed hub. And yes, I think all 182s have landing and taxi lights on either side of the air intake, as shown.

But from the firewall back, the 182 is, almost identical to the 172.
