I think I've found out why they're replacing them with the Gripen... you know those jokes about planes being held together with sticky tape and chewing gum, well..........

Aye that is Kecskemet at about 08.30 yesterday. I have to say Hungarian female ground crew are much better looking than their British counterparts as a rule. For a suitable fee I'll PM close-ups of the pretty lady

That is NOT gaffer tape; it isn't even "duck" (duct) tape... it's PACKING TAPE! Glorified Scotch (cellophane) tape!!! :o
Maybe she had some in her purse... you know, like the story about Lindbergh and the compact mirror... :D
