LOL- they could use some wheels on those wheel chocks!!!  :D

Excellent essay on a magnificent brute of a plane...  :o

BTW, vodka is always drunk before takeoff on Russian flights...it's on the checklist.   ;)

All those close-ups make you realize how ugly the Ruslan actually is...just look at the cockpit section or the front cargo door. ;D

And huge? No way...

I like the shot with the 182 behind it.  Kinda puts everything into perspective.

Thank you, Gentlemen!!

My brother's Ex-brother-in-law works for Fed-Ex at MDT and the AN-124 would go into there.  They took him on a tour through the AN-124 one time and when he was on the flightdeck he was amazed to see the flight crew drinking Vodka a half hour before they're departure time!!

Yeah. when I saw the Cessna taxiing out I was hoping he would go past so I could get them in the same shot.  Even the Dash 8 looks puny!!

Wait, there was a -124 at PHL? When was this?

Normally, I would have noticed something that large come in.

EDIT- Checked part 1... No wonder I missed it, I was asleep at 8:45 on Sunday. I think I woke up at noon.
